Return & Exchange Policy

For personalized products

Since each personalized product at Crudo is tailor-made for you, it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 


For non-personalized products

If you are not completely satisfied with our non-personalized products, we are happy to offer you free returns within 7 days after your purchase. Return Policy is applicable to orders from Crudo official website ONLY.
 

Returns

- If you are not satisfied with the products, we are pleased to offer a one-off return and refund.

- We gladly accept returns for orders within 14 days of receipt for Overseas customers and 7 days of receipt for Hong Kong customers. The refund products should be in a completely new and unused condition.

- Any shipping fees incurred for returns shall not be borne by Crudo.

Exchanges

- To exchange a product, the product must be available on Crudo and its price shall be lower or equal to the original order amount.

- The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s/he selects a product of a higher price.

- Any shipping fees incurred for exchanges shall not be borne by Crudo

Returns & Exchange Procedures

Please contact our customer service to arrange the returns for you. All items shall be mail back with original packaging and gifts (if applicable) to our designated address. A refund will be transferred to your payment account within 14 days.

To keep our product at the best price, an additional delivery fee (if applicable) is not included in our selling price. We are sorry that the fee is not refundable.

Refunds

Upon receiving and checking the returned product, a refund will be transferred to your payment account within 14 days.

- Any free gifts that come with the purchase shall also be returned. Otherwise, refunds shall be ineligible.

- Customers shall be responsible for any delivery fees and taxes incurred for the returned product(s).
